Like how a donkey can be shaped that way for MONTHS and not be A. Overweight. B. Have some sort of illness...she is the picture of health or C. HAVE A FREAKING A BABY!

Will it ever come out?
And if it is not a "thing" (baby, tumor, alien), how is it possible for an equine to be "naturally" shaped that way? Because that is one weirdly-shaped donkey...
