Mother's Day

Evie has enough understanding of today's holiday to know it's all about being a mommy. Therefore she told me she needed to go hold her baby chicks so she could be their "chicken mama".

Also, if you talk to Evie, don't try to tell her that her baby chicks are "growing up". She will rather fiercely tell you "No, they are my little BABIES." I feel the exact same way when people tell me Evie is growing up.
